Weapons Comparitive mind

The arrow:Symbolically, the Arrow represents Thought. Symbols associated
with Sacred Teachings are very ancient. Therefore, we must first understand the nature of those times before we can understand the meanings of the symbols that were used during those times. In ancient times, nothing travelled faster than an Arrow.
An Arrow could bring down the swiftest bird or the most powerful beast. An Arrow could also travel great distances very quickly. An Arrow gets to the "heart of the matter" by first piercing the protective outer layer of its target.
When an Archer has spent his old Arrow he reaches into his quiver
and selects a new one.Thoughts, like Arrows, are powerful and swift. Nothing travels faster than Thought. With Thought we can instantly travel great distances of time, space and dimension. Our Thoughts can revisit old relationships, walk on the moon or travel to the farthest reaches of outer space. The arrows supports the constitution of life that of Bheeshma;the arrows seats life. The arrows can multiply ;our thoughts can.Arrows pierce a fish eyes.n ancient Eastern Indian mythology, the fish is a symbol of transformation and creation. This is observed in the ancient flood myth in which Vishnu transformed himself into a fish (Matsya) to save the world from a great flood. This means thought can strike transformation and advent creation.
The Sword:In the physical realm The Sword is a Symbol of Authority. It is an instrument used by a king or queen to confer Knighthood. Knighthood elevates a person to a higher "station" in society by recognizing that persons achievements and qualities as being far above normal and thereby worthy of a higher status.
The Sword:Symbolically, The Sword represents The Mind.Just as The Sword can cut in both directions, so can The Mind dissect both sides of an issue until the basic fact (Truth) is revealed. We use the term "double-edged sword" as a metaphor when referring to the pros and cons involved in our decision making processes. The Sword, as a symbol of The Mind, is alluded to in both myth and legend. A sword represents a plane.A plane has duality as one side cuts and pierces.Clashing of swords which represents collision of two planes.
Mahabaharata gives Yudhisthira a spear and bheema and duryodhana a "gada" or a mace. This is highly symbolic of the characters of war.
A spear is the ultimate baton of power.A spear is also an arrowhead but needs guidance continuously to shoot.A spear always needs to be held in hand.A spear needs to be retrieved after it has done the work,During war the king throws the first spear, the long handle authorizing his kingsmanship. All this conclusions show that a spear needs to be handed over to a just moral and also a persistent king.Yudhisthira or dharma thus handled a spear.Again,Spears are identified with the axis mundi or world axis, especially in Japan where Izanagi and Izanami created the first island from the salt which dripped from a jewel-encrusted spear with which they had stabbed the primordial sea. As an axis mundi, the spear may be traveled as a path between the three flat worlds of heaven, earth, and hades. Additionally, spears may act as messengers since notes may be tied to their shafts before they are thrown. Dharma travels to heaven with the physical body:another strong similarity.
A mace is the symbol of free will and power.A mace is non uniform, a spherical iron ball with a wooden bottom.A mace can break rocks but cannot pierce through.A mace of massive swing generates a disturbance in the wind.a mace is to be balanced from the center of gravity.A mace was thus ideally fitted in the hands of bheema and duryodhana.Bheema represents prana while duryodhana an a blind mind.Bheema is the son of vayu; the Power of Vitality, the Air Element in the Dorsal Center, or Anahata Chakra. One practices his Pranayama controlled the center , thereby calming the breath and controlling the mind and all of its sense objects.A blind mind(Duryodhana) is also vayu.He is fleeting, destructive, collosal and collective.Duryodhana had the support of a hundred brothers.A wind or a destructive tornado does not come at once instant. It grows in numbers and then strikes.Duryodhana struck when all the brothers the warriors favored him.A tornado has the eye in the middle.A strong tropical cyclone will harbor an area of sinking air at the center of circulation. If this area is strong enough, it can develop into a large "eye".However the strength decreases if warm air passes in or the eye at the centre is stuck.
We cannot discuss the chakra in this blog which we hope to replete in some later instant..

  1. The parallels are excellent.Keep up your work and do come up with more striking thoughts. Our ancestors need people to convey some message to the world that they were not trying to tell stories but science, management lessons and truths for us to build up on.Modern scientists of the west have already understood it and are trying hard to solve the mysteries of this universe with the help of these parallels.
